Kemin welcomes country presidents for Australia/New Zealand and Japan

February 24, 2021 - Kemin Asia has announced the appointment of Trina Parker to the position of country president for Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health, Australia and New Zealand and Tsunoda Atsushi as the country president for Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health, Japan.

Parker has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Massey University in 1996. She was the country manager of BEC Feed Solutions New Zealand before joining Kemin in August 2020. Parker brings to Kemin many years of her experience across the monogastric, ruminant and associated industries. She was also heavily involved with many industry bodies, including New Zealand Feed Safe, the New Zealand Poultry Association, New Zealand Feed Manufacturers and the Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand. Parker enjoys working with her colleagues and customers in providing a solutions-based approach to modern feed, nutrition and animal health.

Atsushi has worked in the animal nutrition industry for over 30 years in multiple roles such as Sales, Technical, Marketing, Key Account Manager, and Business Development. He graduated with a Bachelor of Microbiology from Nihon University in 1984. He started his career as a sales representative for farm equipment with Yoshimoto Pole Co., Ltd. and continued his career at Agromedic Co., Ltd., group of Nippon Oil and Fat Co., Ltd. for ten years. He received his Master of Animal Nutrition from the University of Missouri in 2001 before joining Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health, Japan, as a technical manager in 2003. After five years with Kemin, he joined Japan Nutrition Co., Ltd. in a marketing position.
